How long does shipping take for Himiway e-bikes?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is the return policy for sport accessories?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for e-bike returns that have been assembled or ridden.
Do Himiway bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Himiway e-bikes are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, including the battery and motor.

How do I maintain my bike's battery for long-distance riding?
To maximize battery life, avoid complete discharges, store the battery in a cool, dry place, and charge it to at least 50% if you plan on not riding for more than two weeks.
Are Himiway bikes waterproof for outdoor sports?
Our bikes have an IPX4 water-resistance rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
